Who we are
GetRehearsed is run by Daniel Ankers and Jordan Corrigan ("we", "us"), trading as GetRehearsed, at [address]. Contact: support@getrehearsed.co.uk.
What GetRehearsed is
An online practice tool for job interviews. It asks practice questions, transcribes and marks your answers with artificial intelligence, and suggests improvements. Marks and suggestions are practice feedback, not a prediction of any real recruitment decision. GetRehearsed is independent and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any employer named on the site.
Your account
You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to create an account and to pay. Keep your sign-in links private. One free mock interview is available per person and device.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew each month until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are taken by Stripe. Max's "unlimited" marked answers have a fair-use limit of 150 a month. We may change prices for new members at any time; for existing members we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change takes effect.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account page, in one click. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we'll refund that payment in full. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. See Refunds and cancelling.
Fair use
Don't use GetRehearsed to cheat in a real assessment or interview, to break the law, to overload the service, or to share your account. Don't upload confidential assessment material you've agreed to keep private. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your CV, stories and answers stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
Our liability
We work hard to keep GetRehearsed accurate and available, but practice feedback can be wrong and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you by email about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
